Summary:
The best of both worlds– right in the heart of the city and on the beachfront Esplanade. Two storey home with ocean views which is located only a few minutes’ walk into Victor Harbor Central or across the road and on to the beach or the horse tram.

The property has the following layout which the whole family will love:

Upstairs layout:

Living area is open plan with fabulous views of Granite Island, The Bluff and the Encounter Bike Track along the Esplanade.
There is a large modular lounge suite, smart TV and children’s books and games.

Dining area will seat 8 people with a child seat as well.

Modern kitchen facilities including dishwasher, fridge, pantry, microwave, Electric stove & oven and Pod Coffee machine. If you prefer to cook outside the BBQ is on the balcony where you can take in the amazing views.

Bedroom One has a Queen bed with built in robe, wall mounted TV and a private balcony with comfortable lounge.

Two-way Bathroom with spa bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.

Victor Harbor central holiday home

Great holiday home. 2 lounge area's, balcony, Spa bath, well equipped kitchen, small great backyard and rear parking. Good views and easy access to the beach and the town centre. Really enjoyed it and would definitely go back.
