Expanding throughout four spacious floors, this property is a six-bedroom, seven-bath home located in the Silver Lake Village area and is perfect for entertaining large groups. With many unique attributes, this should be a go-to destination for your ski vacation.



On the fourth floor overlooking Deer Valley's Empire Mountain, you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, woodburning fireplace, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has two vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a cozy jetted tub.


The kitchen and two bedrooms are located on the third floor. The first bedroom has a king bed with a shared common area shower and bathroom. Located at the end of the hallway on the third floor, the second bedroom has a king bed and private en suite bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a multi-media theater room. The first bedroom on the second floor is an additional primary room with a king bed, woodburning fireplace, private en suite bathroom and deck access. The second bedroom has a total of four twin beds (two bunks), a private en suite bathroom, and deck access.



On the first floor are the sixth bedroom, the entertainment den, sauna and patio area. The sixth bedroom has four beds (two bunks with a twin over a full-sized bed), each with their own TV. The bathroom is located across the hall, with a shower and jetted tub and is shared with the common area. Finish your adventurous day relaxing in the multi-person sauna, playing ping pong, pool, or cards at the game table in the entertainment room, or enjoying the wet bar and a glass of wine on your private patio.
