Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to coordinate your arrival with our Concierge (he will be contacting you a few days before your check-in via personal message).
The villa's maximum capacity is 12 people; however, the price may vary depending on the number of guests staying in the house. Another important thing to note is that external personnel or guests are not allowed (for security reasons).

✢ Pets are not allowed (exceptions may be considered with advance notice).
✢ Smoking is not allowed in the villa.
✢ Following local laws, excessive noise is not allowed after 10:00 pm.
✢ Only registered guests on the reservation are allowed access to the villa.
✢ Daily cleaning (for environmental reasons, linen change is every 3rd day).

This villa is located in ALDEA ZAMA, one of the most exclusive areas in Tulum (right in between downtown and the hotel zone) Here you will find coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance.
Tulum center is around 10 minutes of driving, where you can find many restaurants of all kinds, bars, convenience stores, souvenir places, and nice local experiences waiting for you.
Tulum Beaches and Hotel Zone is around 15-20 minutes of driving depending on where you go and the traffic. Here you can also find top-notch restaurants, more souvenir spots, amazing beach clubs, bars, shops, cenotes, and many more things waiting for you to experience with the Jungle-Beach vibes.
