Uncomfortable stay

Advertised suitable for family. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers stay. Beds are very small. At 5:10 my feet hung over the end of the bed. Pity anyone taller. Mattresses where rock hard and beds could not be split into singles. Great balcony but no furniture to utilise. Given how small the living area is it would be a great benefit to have furniture on the large balcony. Front door sticks and makes a horrible noise on entry which would wake neighbours late at night or early morning. TV remote had to be held within 10cm of the TV for it to work. Pool was out of operation and WiFi instructions not current. Made worse by the fact the host was aware of most of these items. Only 1 key which makes it very difficult for family of 4 with teens. Whilst the cleanliness and fit out could not be questioned I would not recommend staying.
