Great Host & Property!

Jessica was very communicative about construction happening in the building which did not impact our stay after all. The location was walking distance from so many great restaurants. The apartment was clean and I was also able to use the gym.

Great location and fantastic hosts!

The location is great, walking distance to the city centre and a nice promenade by the river. The condo lived up to our expectations. Our hosts make us really feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. Check in process was easy. We also appreciate that there is a laundry facilities in the building.

Great location

Close to everything if you like to leave the car at the condo and site-see on foot. Bow River area is wonderful. Condo is quiet and has most everything you need. A/C would be appreciated but I recognize the above average temperatures are not the norm. Great communication with the host!

Nice condo in a great downtown location

My husband and I spent two nights here at the end of our trip. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and very conveniently located in the heart of downtown Calgary. We were able to walk to the river and rent bikes to ride the great Bow River trail and to a nearby restaurant. Jessica is super responsive, friendly and very helpful. She goes above and beyond with instructions for access, ideas for things to do, places to see, restaurants etc. She even followed up to make sure I had received check-in instructions. The only thing that could be an issue for some is that because the security is so thorough (a good thing) getting to and from the condo from outside or the parking garage is not quick and easy.The condo is on the 8th floor and the parking spot is in the lower level 4. All require a fob for access. It was fine for two adults who were coming and going together but could be a bit challenging is you have small children or going separate ways at times. There is a 20 minute free parking in front however for unloading/loading your stuff upon check-in and out. Overall, a great place to stay with great hosts!

Calgary condo was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, our hosts super responsive and the location was close to everything we wanted to do while in Calgary. Jessica gave us tips for places to go and things to see, and even extra coffee pods when she learned we were coffee lovers! Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Located in the upscale Eau Claire neighbourhood, our condo is steps from the river and trails, downtown amenities and a short drive to the mountains and Calgary’s quaint surrounding communities. Our condo is a one bedroom but we’ve provided a second sleeping space to create a cost-effective option for your travelling group. The building is safe and secure with fob access to all common areas. Work from home using our high-speed internet or stroll to the office for your downtown meetings. You will have access to one underground parking space when you stay (standard size vehicles only, max vehicle height of 6’4”).

The building features a gym you can access with your fob and several amenities at the base of the building including a convenience store that you can access from INSIDE the condominium!
