The property has 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and the bunk room downstairs) and 2.5 bathrooms. The house is air-conditioned in all bedrooms upstairs and the main living area downstairs.
The dining and kitchen open out to a fabulous entertaining deck with full outdoor lounge and dining setting which looks out over the huge backyard where the family will enjoy a game of backyard cricket.

The open plan fully equipped kitchen with island bench is the central space between the dining area, the lounge and the back deck. There is a dishwasher, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine and quality appliances.


L I V I N G ~ A N D ~ E N T E R T A I N M E N T

There are two lounge areas, the main lounge being next to the kitchen with two sofas and a Television and the second lounge area on the lower level which is a great space for children to play games.


L O C A T I O N

The location is just off Elizabeth Drive and is ideal for families being a short 5 minute stroll to the local shops (Coles, bakery, butcher, bottle shop and toy shop) across the road from Collingwood Beach and the shared bike and dog friendly walking path which takes you to Plantation Point and some dog friendly beaches or into Huskisson (with plenty more beaches to visit along the way)

Rates include all household linen and towels and standard departure clean.
Prices are for up to 8 guests (maximum of 8 guests plus infant in port a cots).

P E A K ~ B O O K I N G S

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay
