Avalon - 3 Bedroom home

Welcome to Avalon, a contemporary 3 bedroom home with all the comforts of your own home.
This 3 bedroom House is stylish, unique and situated in the perfect location to enjoy the township of Eden and a great base to explore the stunning south coast.

Ascend the stair case to the large balcony that opens through to the light filled open planned living/ dining area. In the living and dining area you will find a flat screen TV, plenty of comfortable seating, a great little fire place to enjoy in the Winter months as well as a sleek kitchen with everything you could need including a dishwasher.
Down the hall you will find the laundry and an abundance of hidden storage areas.
To your left there is the second bedroom with a double bed and built in robes. Also on your left hand side you will find find the full bathroom, with a bath tub, a walk in shower and toilet.
At the end of the hallway you will be welcomed into the light filled master bedroom, with a small study nook, built in rooms and queen sized bed.

The most unique feature about this property is the design, attached to the main house via the balcony is a separate 1 bedroom fully self contained apartment.
With a fully equipped kitchenette, private balcony, free standing bathtub and queen sized bed, it really is the perfect parents retreat. Attached to the 1 bedroom apartment is a fully fenced yard.

Avalon provides free WIFI, boat parking, views and is the perfect location for your next getaway.

This property can be booked as just the 2 bedroom or as the full 3 bedroom for families wanting that little extra space.

While we live in Victoria, this is our Eden home. It is not furnished minimally like some short-term rental properties - it is full of things we love. Kitchen supplies - beyond coffee, tea and sugar - are not supplied for guests as part of the rental. But we leave `the basics¿ of what we cook with and you are welcome to use what¿s there. Please forgive us if you find something past it¿s `use by¿ date. We love Eden and our home here. We hope you do too. Please be gentle with and look after things as if they are your own. If you choose to move things around, please make sure to put everything back where it was.

Relaxing Stay
We had a relaxing stay at the property, enjoying the bay views from the balcony. Property also offers a great set up with a separate living quarters in the 3rd bedroom studio.

Wonderful for every member of the family.
An absolutely lovely property, with the perfect secure yard for medium+ size dogs (small gaps under fence) within walking distance by to stunning dog friendly beaches and the main part of town. The house is clearly loved and feels like a home and not a sterile empty property. The kitchen is great and well equipped, the separate flat with fenced yard access a lovely little retreat from the main living space. Dog bed in the lounge room was much appreciated. Being a block away from the Olympic swimming pool was a great bonus too. Loved our time here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet break in a beautiful part of the world. Everything in the info guide is 100% spot on.

Very Cool pad that gives the adults their very own space to retreat away from the kids. Conveniently located to the shops and the beaches. Everything is a casual walk away. Will be back.
