Outdated, dirty, broken apt
We had high hopes for this apartment based on the description and the pictures in the listing. The good: - good hot water pressure, air conditioning and washer and dryer (except dryer broke 4 days into our 10 day stay and they never fixed it) The bad: - the pictures do not match up to the apartment. The kitchen and the bathrooms are not accurate. - it looked like no one had bothered to clean it in 20 years. There was dust, mildew, mold all over the walls, window shades and appliances.The outdoor terrace was dirty, rusty and looked like a junk yard with mismatched furniture that was falling apart and very old. - the bedding was dirty and untidy and one of the beds was completely broken. One of the bedroom windows was broken and would not fully close. - no proper cleaning materials like a broom or mop making it difficult to maintain the apartment during our stay. - in the kitchen, the oven handle was broken off and could not be used. The sink was stained and disgusting. The hot water kettle was rusty. The freezer was completely full of frost and smelled. The refrigerator shelves were broken and we had to be careful on how to stack the food and drink fearing it would break. The kitchen vent was moldy. The microwave was dirty. The dishes and pots were dirty. The property management company was difficult to coordinate with as the platform they use had a lag. Do not stay here. The owner should be embarrassed for calling this a luxury apartment.
