A little dissappointed ☹️

The pictures were accurate but it is an old home and yes the house was cleaned but it’s the old house dirt that’s not great! The house is not loved unfortunately, it could be so much better! I will admit I am a clean freak and have high expectations but at the rate/nt I was sadly disappointed. The property manager did tend to our needs promptly and was much appreciated but would not return to this property

Weekend in Salt Lake City

We chose this property because of the size and location. We were going to the Supercross Finals at Rice-Eccles field and this property is near a bus line, within 2 blocks, that took us to the stadium. This made it much easier and more reasonable in price as we did not have to pay the $30 parking fees and didn’t have to be in the traffic getting out of the area. We had a few very minor issues, that were quickly resolved. May have been easier to deal with if a few more instructions and information was given in the informational papers. There was many things near by, such as Target, Big 5 and Nordstrom Rack to get most anything that had been forgotten as well as places to eat and convenience stores. Would consider this location for another trip to Salt Lake City with family. The accommodations worked well for 7 adults, 3 couples and a single and two teenagers, 13 & 16

Within walking distance of restaurants, easy drive to groceries, 40 minutes from the big 4 ski areas.

Nice location, nice house, floors squeaky

The house was everything you would expect from the listing. We found it easy to get anywhere in the valley and to the canyons for skiing easily. A great central location. It is nicely remodeled with room for a big family like ours. The Property Manager was responsive to an internet problem that had to be addressed by the internet service provider. The only negative I would mention is that the wood floors are verrry squeaky. We had night owls that drove our early birds crazy at night and vice versa in the mornings. But really a great house and great property manager.
