With plenty of convenient public transport options to choose from, Surfers Paradise is just a short tram ride away from the famous Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, or the exclusive, ticketed Dracula and Flamingo Cabaret shows at Broadbeach. Take advantage of the picturesque walking and cycling paths along the beachfront, and visit one of the many attractions that Surfers Paradise is known for: from Ripley's Believe it or Not to the legendary Aqua Duck and Jet Boat Rides. Just a 30-minute drive north from the Gold Coast Airport, Surfers Paradise offers a beach escape like no other.

For guests travelling by car, there is parking available onsite. The property is also close to a range of public transport options, including trams, trains and business.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.

POOL AND GYM: Pool area and other communal facilities may close without prior notice if maintenance works is required.
