Artsy/Hollywood Style Renovated Home (Midtown Toronto)

This comfortable and stylish and artsy newly renovated home, decorated with beautiful art and classic film art and memorabilia in Midtown Toronto, is just minutes away from public transportation leading to many of the most popular Toronto attractions.

It is the perfect place to rest and recharge after an action-packed day, or to just relax and take it easy, or to get those needed work hours in. Up to 10 guests can sleep comfortably in the space (1 Queen bed, 2 Double beds and 2 sofa queen beds).

There are TWO bathrooms. There are TWO full kitchens (each containing a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, oven/stove, microwave and all the utensils and essentials waiting for you to try some of your recipes). There is also a single-serve Keurig coffee machine in the main upstairs kitchen.

- The LAYOUT -

OUTSIDE:

There is a total of THREE PARKING SPOTS, one directly in the front of the home, and two in the back. The two in the back upon request.

There is a spacious veranda in the front of the home, as well as a nice wooden deck at the back, with chairs a tables to enjoy the sunsets or morning coffee/breakfast.

MAIN FLOOR:

On the main floor, (which is open concept), you will find the main full kitchen, as well as a kitchen table and chairs as well as 2 comfy barstools for the counter. The living room has a 2 comfy sofas, one of which becomes a Queen bed. There is a great 65’’ Samsung Smart TV ready to entertain you and spark the binging of new shows and films.

Asides from the beautiful paintings, historic film art and photography, there is an overall amazing feel of comfort, and a wonderful style of ‘old meets new.'

UPSTAIRS:

You will find 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, as well as plenty of closet and dresser space. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed, as well as ample storage space as well. The bathroom upstairs contains a large and tall shower, toilet, towel heating rack and includes towels, soap/shampoo and space to store your personal toiletries.

BELOW DECKS (Downstairs):

**NOTE** - The BASEMENT has low ceilings of around 6’’1, and lower in the basement shower***

The basement in the style of a Studio Suite, which which has a second kitchen, a Double bed, as well as a queen sofa bed. There is also another 65'’ TV, a ROKU Smart TV. The basement Kitchen is fully equipped with a counter with 3 barstools. The basement Washroom has a Bathtub/Shower.

Also in the Basement there is a LAUNDRY ROOM with a washer and dryer, as well as a small antique desk to work from.

The TVs include Netflix, HBO/Crave, Disney+, CBC Gem, Roku, CNN, CBC, etc.

* The Basement suite can be entered through the upstairs kitchen/stairwell - as well 2 separate entrances to the Basement from outside, (Side Door, and Basement Door at the back of the home if needed).
