Living room offers a new 65 inch Smart Tv with seating for up to 6. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make a perfect meal. The master bedroom features a new king bed and linens and private bathroom.
Second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be converted into a King and full bathroom right outside the door. Full size washer and dryer are in a closet off the second bedroom.
Private patio offers a stunning Mountain and Desert View with seating for 4 people...
Community offers 3 heated pools, 2 jacuzzi's and exercise room. Each pool has a gas grill.

Beautiful Mountain View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent a little over a month at the Greens. Our condo met our needs. It was clean and well equipped with linens and cleaning supplies. Our contact person Jeanne at Spectrum was very helpful and took care of a couple of instances quickly and to our satisfaction. We enjoyed hiking and golfing in the area.
