About this property

Come and relax in this little paradise located on a large lot on the edge of a canal leading to the Mistassini River. Only 10 minutes from downtown Dolbeau and 25 minutes from St-Félicien.

In winter, come practice cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Snowmobile trails are accessible from here.

In the summer you can kayak, paddleboard and hike. It is possible to swim in the canal that joins the river or directly in it. Please note that the level of the water in the canal can fluctuate if the level of the water in the Lac-St-Jean is low.

The sun, the moon and the stars will dazzle you and nature will enchant you.

During the summer period, we sometimes spend the weekends in our RV's so we can come and take care of the grounds.

We are very kind, friendly and love to share the secrets of our beautiful region.

Tourist blueberry field in the Pointe-des-Pères sector, near the tourist information office. It is accessible to visitors during the picking period (mid-July to the end of August) and allows visitors to pick blueberries, buy them on site or discover many by-products.

The Grandes-Rivières Regional Park. It highlights the rivers north of Lac Saint-Jean. A network of trails makes it possible to practice hiking, biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Quality circuits are offered to quad riders and snowmobilers.

A wonderful getaway

A quiet, peaceful place where my husband and I were able to recharge and relax. Exceptionally clean, and the owner is extremely nice and very helpful. Definitely off the beaten path, and exactly what we were looking for. Also, the kitchen has pretty much anything a cook can ask for, so there's no need to go out to eat every night. A wonderful time.

Wow petit paradis!

Très belle maison tout équipé pour accueillir notre famille . Le grand confort dans la forêt!!! Près de tout , belle plage de salle ...on a adoré se rendre sur les dunes en kayak ! Claudie a été très généreuse et nous a même permis de fouiller dans son jardin ! Que dire des chanterelles et des champignons homards qu'elle nous a laissé! Je le recommande sans hésiter la déco de la maison est tes belle c'est très Pinterest!

Wonderful but...

Wonderful site, chalet very clean nice. Kayaks werr not included and it was not indicated. It cost me additional 100$ that I give directly to her at the end of the week. An extra cost that I think it was not deserved and shpuld have been included inyo the daily cost, that was already very expensive. We havve had great time there, only the cost that was surprising
