Decent Stay

Quiet neighborhood. Close to most things in the area to go see and do. Walls are thin. Grandson heard crying baby from the back room that kept him up most night. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and central to the places we wanted to visit.

Location Location Location

The house was big enough but the owner needs to have better communication with her local handyman. The first night we got there,We contacted the owner and told her that there was no electricity in the front bedroom and bathroom. She said her handyman would contact us within 10 minutes. He never did, then we called again the next day. The handyman said he was gonna be there by a certain time. One of the people in our group stayed back so they would be there when he arrived and he never arrived. Then again the next day he said he would be there by 2 and we were there, and he never arrived. So the whole stay ended up being. We had to use an extension cord and a lamp from the other room. To have lighting in the front bedroom in bathroom. I do have to say that the host allowed us to use the Studio apartment in the front in exchange for the inconvenience with the electricity though. Overall, as a large family group coming to visit. We still enjoyed our stay very much!

Lights didn’t work in one bathroom or one bedroom on arrival. Didn’t have some of the nice amenities of some 5 star stays but the property management was able to fix the issues the next day and the house served its purpose.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the house. Very comfortable for the 6 of us. This was the first time we have rented a house and our kids loved it! They loved having their own space. Great location! So close to shops, restaurants, Bearizona, and Alpine Coaster. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful experience!!
