Family trip to Austria and Germany

Everything was perfect. The rental unit is beautiful and so comfortable.Diana was very welcoming and met us to let us in. She showed us all around. There are trails within walking distance. We were visiting in May so the local restaurants were not open but we were able to go to Maria Alm just down the road for dinners and groceries. We used this as a home base to tour Berchtesgaden region and Salzburg. Couldn’t ask for anything more! House was excellent and would love to stay again.

Perfekte Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten 3 wunderschöne Tage mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Baby. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Aussicht phänomenal. Der Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche und Essplatz ist überdimensional groß, die Fotos lügen nicht. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für 6 Personen benötigt. Große Töpfe, große Pfannen, Geschirr im Überfluss, schöne Gläser. Es hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt. Die Begrüßung durch Diana war sehr herzlich und informativ. Im Vorfeld war Lauren, die Besitzerin, jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Es gibt in der direkten Umgebung wunderschöne Wanderwege. Leider waren nicht mehr alle Hütten bewirtschaftet, aber darauf hatte uns Diana schon aufmerksam gemacht. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Katja und Familie

Ein Traum

Die Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ist einfach ein Traum! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht…und noch viel mehr. Die Tischtennis Platte mitten im riesengroßen Wohnzimmer war der Hit, wir hatten viel Spaß. Die wunderschöne Landschaft und die Berge taten ein Übriges für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Check in, ebenso wie der Check out einfach und problemlos, vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

We live in Melbourne and very much enjoy the outdoor life that we live here with our children and grandchild. For 10 years we lived in London and bought our apartment in Hinterthal while we were there. When we returned to Australia we had fallen in love with Hinterthal so couldn't let it go.

Why they chose this property

The ClubHotel is set in an idyllic valley surrounded by stunning mountains and on the edge of a lake filled from a mountain stream. From 3 verandahs, the views can be enjoyed in every direction, the lake is good for swimming and the slopes are on the doorstep for hiking, biking and skiing. The area has so much to offer in the way of beauty, and Salzburg is only just over an hour away.

What makes this property unique

Apartment 4 is unique because it is so spacious yet cosy at the same time. The kitchen has everything you would need should you wish to prepare a meal. If you'd rather eat out, there are places within walking distance. The table tennis is a real bonus on bad weather days and the space is so comfortable that it's often hard to leave for a day of activity and adventure. It is always a wonderful place to return to at the end of every day!
