Top floor unit in nice, modern building. Separate bath was nice. Bed was large enough for two people. Train tracks are right under balcony, but you get used to it, so not bad. A few essential items were not there, but the host had them delivered after we notified her. Check-in instructions were too concise and confusing. After first entry, we were unable to re-enter building by using the intercom and there was no explanation of how to re-enter the building when the intercom attendant was unavailable. There was no furniture on the balcony, as shown in the ad. The place is very small and it has no table for eating. Overall, it was a small but comfortable unit close to the busy shops and restaurants.around Umeda Station.
