Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with pool, hottub and tennis court for you to enjoy your time in this gated community at beautiful Lake Tahoe. Relax in the living room with a fireplace or watch TV from a recliner theater chairs in the master bedroom. Enjoy a meal with the gas barbeque on the quiet deck facing the creek listening to the birds and watching the wildlife. Meander down a small trail following the creek. Walking distance to market, restaurants, and gift shops as well as close to many hiking trails and Diamond Peak resort. You will find all the touches that just give you that "at home" feeling and sense of serenity. This townhome with attached one car garage is great for two to six people.

COVID Notice : The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.

Sand Harbor, Speedboat Beach, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are close by.

TV Service
Each TV is equipped with both Amazon Fire TV and Chromecast, which will allow you to stream from a variety of apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, etc) and cast content from your mobile devices. There is no cable or satellite TV.

Tahoe Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well located near Raleys off Tahoe Boulevard. Very convenient. The complex was well cared for and the pool, tennis courts, and hot tub were a nice addition which we used daily. The condo was well stocked and furnished nicely. The two major drawbacks for us were the condition of the carpets, which were dirty, and the HEAT. We were there just following the 4th of July. Tahoe temps were in the 90’s and the unit itself was in the 90’s upstairs when we checked in. Even with portable fans the upstairs guestroom stayed in the 90’s for the first three days making it impossible to sleep. We finally cut our stay short and left a day early. While AC wasn’t necessary years ago when this complex was built, AC is a necessity now. We will never again rent a condo without it.
