While visiting the beautiful Sunshine State, make use of the outdoor living space on the shaded lanai, complete with dining space and outdoor couches. The home’s modern design and high-end furnishings ensure that you’ll enjoy your time inside as well. The main living area has ample seating for guests to relax, while steps away the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing convenient meals at home.

This home sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms:

- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, wall-in shower, and access directly outside to the lanai and pool.
- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #4 features a classic Mickey Mouse theme, 2 twin size beds, and a tv.
- Bedroom #5 highlights a Minnie Mouse theme with 2 twin size beds and a tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- Pool heating is an additional $29 fee per night, must be requested for the full stay if you require pool heating. This is not included in the reservations total, please contact Customer Care at:8887804809 to request this service.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 dogs, with an additional pet fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care team after booking to pay the pet fee.
- Grill available for use with an additional $39 cleaning fee. This is not included in the reservations total, please contact Customer Care at:8887804809 to request this service.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Parking space for 3 vehicles in the driveway.
- Trailers, RV's or boats are not allowed in the community.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Universal Studios is only 30 miles away — the world-famous, adrenaline pumping adventure park that needs no introduction.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
