The lounge is flooded with natural light and looks out towards the CBD. You’ll also notice this is a bigger apartment than most and feels spacious. The location is quiet for the city and with a carpark onsite it’s practically perfect.
Guest have access to the entire apartment and access to a single carpark.

A Grafton location that serves up plenty of ways to treat yourself and someone special. How about a short stroll to Sid at The French Café to celebrate an important occasion? Or maybe savouring the craft beers at the nearby Galbraith’s Ale House is more your style.
Grab a coffee from our friends at Coffee Pen and take a short Uber ride to Mount Eden, Ponsonby or Karangahape Rd for a whole world of dining experiences. And during the day, fit in some retail therapy in Newmarket. All this, plus you’re just 15 mins to downtown Britomart with all that Auckland CBD has to offer.

- Check in is from 3pm
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 9pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key/swipe tag a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
