About this property

4-bedroom beach house just walk across the street and walk km of beaches or just walk into Yeppoon. BBQ area out the back. No back neighbors only wildlife some wild turkeys and some goannas. Next store you have Kristys cafe and on the other side a hairdresser and a fish and chip shop. Great location park the car up and relax. There is a kids playground park up the road just past the caravan park which has a BBQ and a toilet right there. Enjoy Yeppoon lagoon waterpark in Yeppoon.

Beach house

Great location, clean and had what we needed. The house is old and tired but you see that in the listing, it was just as the photos showed. Air conditioned and quiet. A huge bonus, our dogs were allowed inside with us too.

Great location

Fantastic location Doors and floor could use little fixing but otherwise very cosy spot Great coffee and breakfast/lunch next door and fish and chips shop on the other side
