This is approximately 2000 square feet of BASEMENT SUITE! Our luxury home is located right in front of beautiful "Como Lake" Coquitlam, British Columbia. Your suite door leads to a private backyard. Go fishing/enjoy all conveniences of waterfront life. Lake trails is right by the door, 2 min. walk to bus stops. Como Lake Villiage is only 1.2 km away. It is anchored by No Frills grocery store, Shoppers Drug Mart, Vet hospital, restaurants, Starbucks, banks. 35 min. drive to downtown Vancouver.

Great Place to stay
