The Space:
Welcome to our modern and spacious unit on Druid Street, located in the heart of Golden Square, Bendigo. With 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and enough space to accommodate up to 5 guests, our home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to experience the best of the region.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the bright and open living room, complete with comfortable seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. The adjacent dining area and fully-equipped kitchen are perfect for enjoying meals together or whipping up a quick snack. There is a split system air conditioner in the living room.

When it's time to relax, head to one of the three bedrooms, all of which are tastefully decorated and feature plush bedding and ample storage space. There is a ceiling fan in each bedroom. The shared bathroom comes with all the essentials, including towels and toiletries, so you can freshen up after a day of exploring the region.

Our home is located just steps from some of the best restaurants, cafes, and shops in Golden Square, and it's a short drive to nearby attractions like Lake Weeroona and the Bendigo Art Gallery. Plus, with easy access to public transportation, you can easily explore other parts of Victoria during your stay.

Guest Access:
You have private access by using a lockbox and key. The base price is for one room. We will only provide access to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. If you require both rooms, please select '3' guests when confirming your reservation

Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for as follows:
1-2 guests - 1 room
3-4 guests - 2 rooms
4-6 guests - 3 rooms

The Neighborhood:
Dainty Druid is nestled off the main High Street, away from the busy roads and traffic noise. However it remains only an arms reach away from the city centre.

Getting Around:
Located a short 350m distance from High Street, that you can follow throughout the heart of Bendigo.

A convenient 3kms from Woolworths Supermarket. For those who enjoy dining out, in a short distance you will stumble upon the newly renovated Golden Square Hotel (2.3km) or around the corner you will find the Foundry Hotel (3km).

Adventure a short 5km into the CBD to various popular cafes, restaurants, shops and takeaway options.

**Security Deposits**

We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.

**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
