     The 3 bedrooms in this home are comfortable and stylish, providing the perfect space to relax after your day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and patio access.

     One guest bedroom includes a queen bed, the other is another queen bed. 

     Home Away from Home

     The main living room features a comfortable seating set as well as a huge flat-screen TV. Enjoy the recessed seating area with space to spread out and enjoy family time, with multiple games provided to enjoy together. 

     Kitchen and Cooking

     Take advantage of the perfect kitchen with granite countertops, induction cooktop, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded cabinetry. This spacious and thoughtfully laid-out kitchen is great for late-night snacks or holiday meals…. you’ll be able to cook up anything and everything.      Dock: Guests are welcome to tie their boat to the dock (boat rentals are available from Holidaze in Fishermans Village).

     Boat size- 25-foot boat max

     Canal: Brackish

     Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house.

     Garage: Not available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure. The owners vehicle is parked in the garage. 

No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

     Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated. 

     BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

     Pool floats are located in the garage or the storage bin on the lanai

     Full-size washer and dryer for guest use
