Located on a sprawling landscape, you will find a spacious house and uninterrupted views as well as local kangaroos to enjoy your holiday experience. With 4 bedrooms and sleeping 10 this is the ideal getaway for your group.

As you enter you will be met by a large open plan dining, living and on a raised level the kitchen. With vaulted ceilings and a large rock fireplace, this space is ideal to relax and entertain.

The four bedrooms have beds with linen (1x king bedroom, 2x queen bedrooms, 1x kids room room with bunks and two three single beds) , bedside tables and wardrobes.

There are two bathrooms, a WC,laundry with washer/dryer, designated work station, dining room with large dining table and 10 chairs, large kitchen equipped with all of the mod cons, lounge room with TV and fireplace, games room with pool table, lounges and TV.

The owners have plenty of books and games to use during your stay. There is Netflix and Wifi at the property.

From there you will head to the bedroom wing, the separate laundry and bathroom. Through to the back of the house is the deck which wraps around the full house, perfect for sunset drinks or a place to sit and read a book. Outside there are 4 seperate dining spaces, large lawn area to relax and lovely gardens to explore.

The best about The Farm House is the peace and quiet, room to walk and explore not only at the property but the amazing region.

The house is located in Yallingup Siding which is central to the Dunsborough and Yallingup region, only minutes drive to Dunsborough town, Yallingup Beach and cafes and Smiths Beach and cafe.
