KIDS BEDROOMS
The kids will sleep soundly with family/friends in The Avengers bunkhouse sleeps 5, or the Princess room with single & full beds, both upstairs and connected to adult rooms via Jack & Jill bathrooms. Mickey room with twin beds.

LUXURY BEDROOMS
The adults can get a great night's sleep in one of the 6 luxury bedrooms. 2 Kings downstairs, 3 kings and 1 queen upstairs

TECHNOLOGY
Every bedroom in the home includes its own TV, as well as a TV in the living room, game room, upstairs rec room, and one of the few OUTDOOR TVs in Champions Gate!

SUPPLIES INCLUDED
We included basic supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dish pods, ground and K-Cup coffee. Kitchen with all cooking and dining essentials!

RESORT ACCESS
Your booking includes access to TWO RESORT-STYLE Clubhouses! Retreat Clubhouse (less than 1/4 mile from the house) with waterpark slides, pool, bar & restaurant AND Oasis Clubhouse , which includes things like a lazy river, Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Movie Theater, and more!

Cleanliness, guest service and safety are our primary concern! We take special care to ensure the home is completely sanitized after each stay by our professional cleaning team, inspected by management and documented using industry-leading technology. We even go as far as to utilize ultraviolet sanitizers to sanitize TV, game console and ceiling fan remote controls after each stay! If you find anything that is not up to these cleanliness standards, or if anything seems out of place, please message us as soon as you discover.

⛳️ The world famous Champions Gate Golf Course in the neighborhood provides world class golfing! Tennis courts also available year round.

🏐 There are also beach volleyball courts,⛹🏼‍♂️ basketball court, playgrounds and dog parks throughout the neighborhood!

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 10 AM. Champions Gate is a secure community with guards at all entries. All drivers will need to be added to the guest list prior to arrival and provide I.D. at the guard shack. You will be issued an orange guest pass which will also provide admission to the club houses.

Up to 2 pets are allowed for a fee of $50 per pet, per night. Pets must never be left in the home unattended unless locked in a crate. Must be on a leash when leaving the property and owner must maintain control of the animal at all times. Booking guest is responsible for any damage to the property or any other issues caused by pets brought to the property.

We utilize "PhoneSoap" ultraviolet sanitizers to clean and sanitize all TV and game console controllers after each stay!

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware and has a full line of new appliances as well as blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker included. The dining area has seating for 8 adults, along with all the necessary dinnerware and dining set.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Private pool & jacuzzi on site with large covered outdoor seating area and dining table. (Additional charge for heat ($50 per night) and grill($70 per tank). Up to 2 pets are allowed for a fee or $50 per pet per night. No dangerous breed dogs
