The house is conveniently located in the heart of the Bathurst. Only 3km away from the groceries stores and restaurants. Walking distance to some incredible hiking trails, and many of them can be accessed within a short drive or a 15 minute walk.

Upon entering the home, the main floor features the kitchen, 2 living rooms, bathroom and a cozy dinning area. The user-friendly kitchen is fully equipped for your well-being during your stay. It includes pots and pans, a coffee machine, toaster, utensils and everything you need to prepare good meals.
One of the living rooms includes a Smart TV with access to NETFLIX. The other living room has a magnificent piano for those who like to play and a fireplace, free for you to use to warm up the atmosphere and put a smile on everyone’s face during the cold winter evenings. On the second level you'll find the master bedroom, second bedroom with 2 single beds and a full bathroom with jacuzzi for those who are looking to unwind at the end of the day.

The house was completely restored in 2000 and the work carried out has given it back its majestic character. Today, the house continues to fascinate with its unique character and history.
