This spacious 5 bed, 3 bath home located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Community consists of a formal dining room, formal living room, large open concept family room facing the pool, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook, laundry room with washer & dryer.

Conveniently located at the northeastern corner of Polk County in Davenport Florida, this spectacular luxury vacation home is ideally positioned near the world famous Disney theme parks, shopping centers and entertainment areas. Within Highlands Reserve, there are many amenities in which our guests are able to enjoy themselves. It is a family friendly community with a communal pool, tennis courts and a playground. A short five-minute walk and you will arrive at the club house of the champion Mike Dasher designed Highland Reserve Golf Course. This is a privately owned course that is open to the public and will challenge all levels of golfers.

Needs lots of work before more guests come

Leaking roof was dripping water into the upstairs hallway through and light fixture Were given wrong instructions for check in and wrong address Every dish was dirty not even joking like gross Roach poop in cabinets everywhere Mattresses were about 60 years old we took a picture for proof- therefore beds were horrible There was NO WiFi the entire time and we figured out why when the WiFi sales guy came to the door asking to speak with the owner about non-payment. Are you kidding me ??? The shower heads were dirty with film only bonus was the hot water Fridge ice and water did not work Washer and dryer took an entire day to do a load of clothes bc they’re also ancient and need replacing No cooking baking sheets anywhere Should I keep going … will never rent from this company red awning again It was terrible
