This gorgeous single-level home is on a quiet street between Merivale and Fendalton.

It is a perfect family get-together location, with spacious living/dining areas that work perfectly for a larger group. The outdoor area is sunny and leafy and has an outdoor dining area and BBQ for summer living. Garaging and off-street parking make this an easy and safe location for your stay.

The location couldn't be better. Five minutes walk to your local coffee shops and Hagley Park, and ten minutes walk to Merivale Mall.

PETS: This is a pet friendly property.
If you intend to bring a furry family member with you, please book them through your guest boarding pass so we are aware they are coming. We do charge a pet fee of $25.00 NZD per pet, per night.
We have a guest book online and in the property for you to read. It has all the instructions for appliances as well as some recommendations and local information.

Comfortable home away from home

Very clean, comfortable and well appointed family home. Plenty of space for the 4 adults in our party. Could have used another bath mat and a set of oven gloves, otherwise it had everything we needed.

Beautiful home and was perfect for family Xmas

Really enjoyed the house, location and atmosphere for a family Xmas. Well equipped and easy for entertaining. Only things I would fault were outdoor furniture was very old and needed some maintenance so we didn’t use, particularly in Xmas outfits! And there was a rather hazardous step between living area and kitchen/dining which my elderly parents found quite challenging and I fell down myself. Host communication and service excellent
