Friendly property management team and easy check-in. Our flight was delayed for one day and manager was able to re-schedule the two-nights stay. Spacious apartment with beautiful view. Clean beds and toilets. Easy walk (15min) to city center and harbour. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed the stay in this apartment. It is close to central Auckland - we walked almost everything. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The accommodation does need some attention. (e.g. Blinds)

A bit underwhelmed
Its a lovely apartment but the attention to detail was lacking. For $750/night l was surprised at the 2 x broken arm chairs, marked duvet covers, holes in sheets, and a duvet too small for the bed (although the manager assured me it did fit which was bizarre). Also rusty fridge with food left behind from previous guest.. dead plant at the entrance was an unusual touch 😆 . Overall fabulous location but not very clean and the manager was rude.

Location is key. No need for a vehicle when you can walk one minute to supermarket. park, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. Generous apartments of 140m2 are larger that the standard villa. High speck apartments with high stud height offering good privacy and natural light. Flexible moving partitions provide separated entertaining areas. Acoustic insulation in all walls and concrete slabs between levels provide acoustic privacy.
