Welcome to our beautiful home on Sproat lake, one of the most pristine lakes in BC.. Our Home is tastefully decorated and comes furnished. It can accommodate 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed.. Gourmet kitchen and dining area, games room, open concept living room with unobstructed views of Sproat Lake and the Marina. Private beach access available ro residents and guests of Marina Vista is a short two minute walk down the street next to the marina. Launch your paddle board or kayak from here. Take a soak in the hot tub or go hiking and explore the many trails. There is something for everyone here!

All of Sproat Lake is on septic. DO NOT flush any sanitary products including baby wipes (even the ones that say flushable). Pls use the garbage can.

Great Getaway on Sproat Lake

The house was great for a family stay. The pool area was fantastic and great for the kids. The games room was helpful for the rainy days we encountered. It was very well stocked and a lot of attention to visitor comforts. The only drawbacks we encountered was a lack of storage for dry goods in the kitchen, and there was no lake access available, there is only access through a provincial park which is a short drive away. We ended up spending most of our time at the pool which worked out well overall. Having access to Port Alberni is a huge plus if you need to run into town and grab a missed item as it's only a 15 minute drive.

Beautiful Pool!

Great house near the lake with a really nice pool, hot tub and deck area. Great to hang out with family and friends.

Fabulous!!!

We go to Sproat Lake each year with our F1 race team and this home was so beautifully set up. We found some time during the busy weekend to enjoy the pool and rhe massage chair was a hit. I was able to make some good meals for the team in a very well organized kitchen. And lastly the games room was a ton of fun! I hadnt played pinball or shuffleboard in a long time. Thank you, the service and response to questions was exceptional. We definately would book with you again and recommend this property to others. Sandra

The beauty of Vancouver Island is unparalleled with miles of sandy beaches, dense rain forests, valleys, extensive outdoor trails and amazing First Nations peoples and culture.
Our home offers amazing lake views and is a short distance to the public boat launch and approximately an hour away from the world famous Tofino beach and Ucluelet popular with surfers and storm watchers.

What makes this property unique

Our home is spacious with nearly 1900 square foot of living space that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. A large deck with plenty of seating and BBQ.
Outdoor pool that is open from May long weekend to mid September every year.
6 person hot tub that is open throughout the year.
There are plenty of trails for the outdoor enthusiasts.
A perfect spot to get away and unwind for a few days or stay long-term and work remotely if needed with high speed internet that is available to all guests.
Close enough to the main city and far away to relax and recharge.
