House was in great condition, good neighborhood, and close to the Mecklenburg Sportsplex in Matthews NC.

Great stay

Great house! We were in town for a birthday party and this house was perfect. Very clean and in a safe area. There were also a few toys & a high chair, which was awesome. Anyone who’s traveled with kids know you have to take half your house with you. Having a high chair and a few toys already at the house was really helpful. Also enjoyed the garage area. Once the kids were asleep we were able to hang out in the garage and be loud/play music without waking them up. Would definitely recommend this house!

Lovely Home

We rented this home for family members to stay for my sons graduation weekend. It was super convenient, warm and inviting. Karl was super helpful and easily accessible when we had a question. Would not hesitate to stay again.
