This lovely apartment is set only metres from the lifeguard patrolled Maroochydore Beach. As you can see from the photos, this is a stylish and spacious apartment that is both relaxing and perfect for your holiday, or getaway.

The huge bonus for this apartment that it has a huge rooftop deck area, exclusively for your use. Whether you want to sit there undercover, dining and relaxing, soaking in the ocean views, or use it as your own private sunbathing area, the choices are endless.

AIR CONDITIONING
The unit is air conditioned with a large air-conditioner in the lounge room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans in those rooms as well, or leave the bedroom doors open to enjoy the lounge air-conditioning. The switch must be on at the wall for the remotes to work the fans.

We have two bedrooms:
- Master - 1 Queen Bed
- Bedroom 2 - 2 Single beds

We have two bathrooms, with the Master Bedroom having an ensuite and there being one other Main Bathroom for the other bedroom and guests to the apartment.

The apartment has a brand new washing machine for your use.

The kitchen has all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, trays and other cooking implements.

We provide all linen, with high quality sheets, pillow slips, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar, nor laundry detergent, tissues or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is "Premium Linen Service”

The apartment patio has a table and chairs for your use.

The apartment has access to the building pool downstairs. You are spoiled for choice with the pool, beach, or river all close by to cool off on a hot day. The pool area also has a BBQ area for your use throughout your stay.
There is no lift in the building.

The apartment has high speed NBN unlimited internet. The Wi-Fi Password/Pin is sent to you in your welcome message

Cotton Tree is renowned for its fantastic location, with close proximity to the beach, river, cafes, restaurants and the coasts largest shopping centre (Sunshine Plaza).

You are provided garage parking for one vehicle during your stay. Further parking is available on the street directly in front of the building.

Check in is easy with a key safe at the entry to the property, to which you will be sent an entry code after you have booked
You can walk less than 500 metres to anything that you could possibly need for your visit. If you want to venture further afield, the bus stop is less than 100 metres away..
