About this property

This is a bright and airy value-priced apartment with a sizeable balcony. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. This apartment is fully self-contained. Apartment has Wi-Fi.

FACILITIES: The apartment features a cozy living area with flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. Appliances include: fridge, stove, oven, grill, microwave and a dishwasher. The apartment has one bathroom with shower (no bathtub). There is a combined washing machine & clothes dryer. The apartment has both electric and gas heating.

PARKING: No parking here, but Thredbo’s huge free overnight car parks are only 750 metres away. You can easily load/unload on the street (there are some stairs to get to the apartment) move your car & then use the free shuttle bus to get back from the carpark.

BEDS: Max 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 small children. One Double bed in the bedroom plus a narrow fold-out single bed which may not suit large or tall adults. The sofa in the living room can fit a small child as well (its literally a sofa not a sofa bed).

SECURITY BOND: Before check in we require a $500 security bond - this is usually a credit card pre-authorisation (not a charge). Its possible to do this via HomeAway(Stayz) but they will charge your card and then later refund it which is not the right way to do it.

SNOW-SEASON ACCOMMODATION DATES: The full 2023 snow season runs from 10th June – 2nd October the first night being Fri 9th June

Great spot, though a little rough around the edges

This is a handy location in the village with a nice outlook and the flat is quiet. As you might expect at the budget end of the accommodation range, some fittings etc are getting a bit old and worn and not everything works quite as you would like it to (eg sliding door to bedroom). And if you're eating in... there's no dining table! But a sunny afternoon with a beverage on the large balcony is a winner.

All you need in the middle of it all

Perfect spot with both lifts minutes away, cosy little cabin feel with good amenities.

Small but sweet

Clean, convenient access to everything in Thredbo. Well equipped and plenty of storage space. Not sure how it would sleep 4 comfortably though. And drying options for clothing and ski gear would’ve been expected for a winter ski holiday accommodation. Close access to shuttle to Friday flat.
