5 - Excellent

I've been renting from Cool Cabins for a few months now. My family and I have appreciated the attentiveness the staff has given us. NOTHING but positive things to say! Libni, Elizabeth, Melody and a few of the other girls that work the front desk have ALWAYS done what they could to accommodate for us. It has been a great time renting from them and Sunrise Pines Cabin was nothing but EXCELLENT!!!! Very clean cabin and you can tell the staff takes pride in their work!

Surprise

We have used BB CC previously with good results. This was a surprise. Web site photos play a major part in our selection. So upon first entry I was shocked to see a tiny rough wood table and four spray painted weathered chairs from the deck masquerading as those shown on the web. Other wise the floor plan was what we expected, fine. There were other deficiencies we noted most of which were addressed by BB CC. An unmounted smoke alarm lay on the fireplace mantle (maintence checked and re-installed). The bbq propane control leaked. (Maintence replaced). The in-sink-erator did not work and the sink did not drain (we used a plunger). A loose threshold in the master bath (trip hazard) required more materials than maintence had at the time. And the screen slider to the deck kept coming off track and fell off when my wife tried to open it. Maintence said it did not fit and needed to be replaced. Our dissatisfaction and safety concerns were so great BB CC moved us to another cabin which is a great improvement! Sunrise Pines has potential but needs serious maintenance, however it is FOR SALE!
