Exude the modern style of this 2BR apartment, it is fully equipped with a wealth of exciting amenities, including an outdoor pool, gym, children's play area, while overlooking Dubai Creek Skyline can be enjoyed within the vicinity.

This fully equipped unit welcomes you with open arms to its wonderful layout as you enter into the open kitchen fitted with modern appliances, such as fridge, range hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and other household accessories. The dining space for six is matched with its upholstered chairs on a rectangular dining table.

Next to it, is a bright contemporary-style living area. Sit back or lounge on the sofa set that will embrace the sophistication of modern living during your stay while watching your favourite TV shows over the console rack. The unique lights and floor lamp ooze gracefully and a great addition to the space.

The area has large windows that make the area brighter throughout every corner of the unit, which completes the refined style of the place. Access to its private balcony from the living area and relax while sipping a cup of coffee with your loved ones with its outdoor furniture present for two overlooking the serene Dubai Creek Skyline views.

Walk on through to the bedrooms with a wonderful walk-in wardrobe in master’s with multiple storage options - you can seamlessly organize all your personal belongings. It has a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed on the other, which are packed along with comfortable hotel quality mattresses, linens, pillows and fitted sheets that provide optimum comfortable rest. Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride.

If you enjoy long walks, shops and other establishments are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from Dubai Airport is by taxi (25min). The cheapest way is by riding the Metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
