About this property

The Rose Cottage is situated within walking distance to Wagga’s CBD, Murrumbidgee Turf Club and many restaurants and cafes. Its a great location whether you are here for work or leisure everything is in very close proximity.

The home is recently renovated and has all the comforts of your own home. Enjoy the elegant front veranda and garden where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a beverage looking down the tree lined Gurwood St. There is a BBQ on the front veranda for your use.

Guests will have access to all living areas and amenities. The Kitchen is fully equipped and there is also laundry facilities.

There is a single lockable garage at the back of the property if required.

I live off site and will not be available in person, however I am contactable at all times to answer any queries.

Quiet, convenient to all Wagga has to offer, shopping, medical fraternity, Hospitals, CSU, Kapooka and all sporting facilities.

Public transport is easily accessible
No party's and respectful behavior of home and contents. Outside smoking only. Damages to contents and property, smoking inside will incur additional replacement fees.

A comfortable, enjoyable stay

A comfortable, beautifully renovated property to stay in whilst we visited family in Wagga. Communication with Jane was easy, efficient and super quick when I had any question. Jane also kindly let us have a later checkout and to use the sunny rear garden as the adjacent cottage was not being used while we were there. This made the stay even more enjoyable. Would happily stay again next time visiting Wagga. Thanks again Jane.
