What our guests love about our listing:

- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Our home offers 2 bedrooms complete with a king bed in the main bedroom, and a queen in the second bedroom, and an inflatable bed that may be set up for extra guests. All equipped with plush fresh sheets and linens.
- Only a 10 minute drive to Edmonton's downtown core. Very accessible bus routes!
- Beautifully decorated space with brand new modern chic furnishings and bright ambiance.

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning.
- Being located in the downstairs of the home there is potential for noise. The home has a separate upstairs suite in it that is also a short term rental. The space is separate and not shared with the upstairs suite. Please be respectful as well want to get a good sleep.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, DISNEY+, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with all appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream DISNEY+ as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to the downtown core to catch an Oiler's game or concert at Roger's Place, or one of the many restaurants, bars, and shopping districts nearby on 137th Ave!
