The striking architectural façade balances sophistication with relaxed ‘kick-your-shoes-off’ luxury, and windows invite the sun to bathe the interiors in brilliant natural light. Comfortably furnished and well-appointed, the kitchen features quality appliances and a coffee pod machine (some pods provided). Fully-equipped crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware are just some of the inclusions you can expect to find.



Enjoy meals at the dining table, with direct flow to the sunny courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. Split system heating-cooling to the main living hub is ideal for all seasons, with a comfy couch to watch TV (Smart TV – Netflix connectivity).



Three bedrooms each have split system heating-cooling units and are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels (BYO beach towels). The spacious Queen master bedroom has an ensuite (shower, vanity and toilet). Two more Queen bedrooms have mirrored wardrobes, and one has a Smart TV. The main bathroom has a shower, bathtub, vanity and separate toilet. An additional powder room is located on the ground floor.

This unit is located in a central shopping/dining precinct. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.

All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

- 2-3 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bar's, restaurants, boutique stores.

- 10-15 minute stroll to the surf shops.

- 10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.



There are great cafes, bars and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk on Gilbert St, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.



Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.

You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.



Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.



As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.
