Outside, the property boasts a hot tub, firepit, spacious lawn, and gas grill on the expansive deck. Step inside through the roomy mudroom, designed for storing all your gear. The main living area, centered around a wood-burning fireplace, offers a cozy retreat after a day of mountain exploration. On the main level, a large open space combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas, providing ample room for your entire group to relax. A twin bedroom and a full bathroom are also located on this level. Upstairs, discover a private primary suite featuring a tiled shower and a cozy den area with a TV. The lower level hosts two additional bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a second living area, perfect for unwinding after your adventures.

Coffee / Coffee Maker
Keurig and Traditional Drip coffee maker are provided. Bringing filters and coffee/pods is recommended.

Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Pets
Renter may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made. 

Property is equipped with exterior security camera(s) that record audio and video. Camera(s) are installed primarily as a theft deterrent but may be used to verify compliance with rental policies. Security camera(s) are not continuously monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property.
