Newly renovated three-bedroom cottage on beautiful Balsam Lake.
Two full bathrooms, and full laundry facilities.
All three bedrooms have new Endy mattresses and blackout curtains ( King, Double, Queen and Queen)
Newer appliances in the kitchen (Fridge, convection oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender, crock pot)
Seating for eight at the dining room table, living room, deck, and a fire pit

Boat rentals can be arranged at three local marinas, a personal boat dock is just down the road, and the water access is to the entire Trent Severn Waterway.
