Unwind and relax as you enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV equipped with ROKU (please note that there is no cable, but you can easily log in to your streaming services for entertainment). Please note that the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and not functional.
Need to catch up on work or set up a temporary office? We've got you covered with a spacious office space complete with a large workspace and a comfortable chair, perfect for remote work. Additionally, there's a foldable futon that can sleep an additional guest if needed.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
