This 2-story peaceful mountain cabin has 4 large picture windows which provide a panoramic view of the Sierra Blanca Mountains.

"Can't Bear to Leave" features a large area for guests to relax indoors with 55-inch TV/DVD, couch, 2 recliners, swivel-rocker, and dining table.

Take in the stunning sunsets on one of the 2 wrap-around decks with plenty of chairs, a grill, and lots of wildlife to enjoy.

Located only 3 miles from the base of Ski Apache and 2 miles from downtown!

UPSTAIRS: 1 king and 1 queen bedroom with a bathroom for each bedroom.

DOWNSTAIRS: A full bed with bath and sitting area. Downstairs bedroom also has a private entrance to the lower deck and access to the upstairs living area from an inside "mudroom" spiral staircase.

OUTDOORS; 2 wrap-around decks with plenty of chairs, a grill, and lots of wildlife to enjoy. Located only 3 miles from the base of Ski Apache and 2 miles from downtown, guests can enjoy restaurants, shopping, casinos, racetrack, or hiking, biking, fishing, skiing and golfing . A perfect get away, something for everyone!

OTHER FEATURES: full size washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart television with live streaming, all linens/paper products/and soap furnished (no hair products included), ceiling fans in each room, newly installed Split AC unit, baseboard heating and local telephone service.

There is no better place to enjoy, relax, and build wonderful memories, than in this clear sky, crisp air of out mountainhome cabin! We will give our guests their privacy and space but are always available if our guests have any questions!

SKIING | SNOW BOARDING The Cabin is located 3 miles from the base of the Ski Apache and 2 miles from drive-up and 2 miles from snow tubing.

VILLAGE We are located in Alpine Village, with breathtaking views of the forest and Sierra Blanca Mountains.

MOUNTAIN The cabin is located in the Sierra Blanca Mountains, across the road from The Lincoln National Forest. The Apache Ski area road is only 3miles from the cabin and The Inn of The Mountain Gods Hotel/ golf and Casino are only a 10 mile drive. LAKE Alto Lake is fabulous for hiking, lava rock waterfall formations, and wildlife sightings. Grindstone Lake is wonderful for water park, and horseback riding. TOWN Fabulous restaurants and shopping, local art , live music and great coffee shops!

DOWNTOWN Only 3 miles from the heart of downtown with shopping, dining, and live music at some locations.

PARKING Flat driveway that has room for 3 vehicles
-Renting party must be 23 or older
-Must sign property policies prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked same day or weekend, please text # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy)
-Max parking- 3 cars
-No events without prior approval
-No pets
-Fireplace is NOT to be used
-For stays over 28 days- max one adult per bedroom

Monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)


CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS

Check out is prior to 11am. If available we can accommodate a late check-out at $25/hr with prior approval (dependent on turnovers and cleaning schedules). Before departing we kindly ask you;

• Leave all linens on the bed
• Please lock all doors and windows
• Please remove trash to the compactor or a bear proof dumpster.
