This’s a cozy full one bd suite near Mt.Fromm trail. it’s a separate entrance in a peaceful neighborhood area. It’s just a 20 min walking distance to Lynn valley village and Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge. There’s a bus stop with a 2 min walking distance from your door. Explore Mt.Fromme trail which is steps away from your door. The suite is sanitized and super clean , newly renovated garden level place. It’s a Smoke Free place with Separate entrance and you will be totally on your own .
The space
Our street is at the beginning of a popular and spectacular trail, and you will often see hikers and bikers going into the forest. This is a great area for people who love the outdoors and want to be close to the city actions at the same time.
In the suite you have a sleeper sofa ,TV , Netflix and a small dinning table and kitchenette including 2 burners portable stove, Electric grill ,and refrigerator, microwave, small oven toast, electric kettle and coffee maker. in the bedroom you have a new queen size bed with a new mattress and a folding table and office chair for your work.

This suite has a separate entry from the front yard of the house. You will not have contact with other individuals during your stay for COVID safety for precautions.When you enter the drive way you will see the suite door in the front on your left side just under the deck. There is free parking with permit. No in suite laundry.There is a 20 min walking distance to the gorgeous upgraded Lynn Valley village with lots of food options/ Brown Social House restaurant, Black Bear Neighborhood Pub, Tommy breakfast, Chinese restaurant, Starbucks, Waves coffee, DELANYS Coffee, PAPA Johns Pizza,Fresh Sliced and Pizza Hut, Save-On-Foods,Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, Winner. Free parking is available

1. As we live in bear county be mindful and never leave any food items, recycle, composes, garbage outside.
2. Please leave the bedroom window open at checkout.
3. Please don’t forget to leave the parking permit on the table for me.
