Welcome to the Mountain Suite at the Bragg Family Estate! We are excited to share our 170-acre property with guests, just a 30minute drive from downtown Whitehorse. If you're looking for a place to stay during your next Yukon Adventure, this is the place for you! We have beautiful mountain views, and wide-open fields perfect for your next aurora viewing experience. A quick 5 minute drive and you will find Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs, Bean North Coffee, and the Yukon Wildlife Preserve! Hoping to see the aurora? We have an open field right out your front door to enjoy the aurora during the winter months! On top of that, there are 6 other fields to check out and view the aurora from.

About the host

Hosted by Theresa and John Bragg

We are the Bragg Family and we were born & raised in the Yukon. In the winter we spend our spare time snowmobiling on the trails and getting up in the middle of the night to see the northern lights. In the warmer months, we spend the majority of our spare time exploring the beautiful lakes in the Yukon and trying to catch a monster-size lake trout.

Why they chose this property

Our favourite thing about living in the Takhini River Valley is the sense of calm you get when you're standing outside.

What makes this property unique

We are fortunate to have a lot of privacy; there's no city noise, no close-by neighbours, and no light polution from other houses. Our property has trails throughout the 170-acres to be explored, you can walk, run, bike or atv/snowmobile! We have bicycles and snow shoes available for guests to use free of charge, as well as rentals for e-bikes, moonbikes, and snowmobiles.
