About this property

Very clean, bright, and private 2BR basement suite with ground level and private keypad smart lock entry. Kitchen with all utensils, dedicated workspace, smart 55” TV and new paint and furniture. Cooling fans in every room.

Centrally located with easy access to Highway 1 and Vancouver, Highway 17, YVR, YXX. Walking distance to sky train (20-25min) or bus stop (5min). Very safe and quiet neighbourhood.
Shopping malls, grocery store and restaurants are very close by.
