Parkway Vistas is a high-end community that runs along the length of Dubai Hills Estate, a new master development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City best described as a "city within the city". 

Upon completion, Dubai Hills will comprise thousands of apartments and villas, a huge shopping center, office spaces, hotels, schools, dedicated tracks for cycling and jogging, and an 18-hole professional golf course.

Residents and visitors alike will gain easy access to the Mall of the World, announced to be the largest in the world, and to the largest family entertainment complex in the region being built in conjunction with Universal Studios Hollywood.

Situated on Al Khail Road and south-east of Downtown Dubai, this new community offers a perfect environment for family life and is anchored by a vast central park and residential, hospitality, retail, and civic complexes—a home that promotes community living in proximity to the heart of Dubai.

Getting Around:
A covered private parking space is available in the villa, and it would be highly preferable if you had your own ride. Nonetheless, Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

Situated between the two major thoroughfares of Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, next to the Al Barsha area, and opposite Al Quoz. Mall of Emirates Metro Station is the closest as of now, but two metro lines are planned to open near the district soon.

Quick drive to the following areas:
Mall of the Emirates: 12 minutes
Downtown Dubai: 17 minutes
Jebel Ali: 21 minutes
Dubai International Airport: 21 minutes
Palm Jumeirah: 36 minutes

Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail, which can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

A free shuttle bus service from Dubai Hills Estate to Dubai Hills Mall is available. The shuttle bus can be identified by the sign ‘Dubai Hills Mall Shuttle Bus Service’. 

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai's intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbors, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please, no parties. Smoking on the balcony only. 

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
