The Space:
As the name suggests, the Magnolia is a beautifully situated 4-bedroom home in the up and coming Park Circle area.
When you enter the home, you'll be welcomed by a sunlit living room and the adjacent dining room, perfect for hosting extravagant dinners. Following the historic floor plan, you'll find the breakfast nook and fully-equipped modern kitchen including complimentary coffee from Estuary Beans & Barley and Keurig pods.
The first floor includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. In the bathrooms we supply plush towels and luxury brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion to get you started. Please reach out if you need more!
The primary bedroom includes a king bed. On the second floor, there are an additional 2 bedrooms featuring 4 beds. The 3 main bedrooms each feature an Amazon Fire Smart TV, with an additional TV in the living room. Each TV is independent of each other, meaning each couple can catch up on a different 'latest episode.'
Enjoy the southern breeze on the oversized deck near the mature magnolia and oak trees. This space, along with the outdoor fire pit, will ease you into the night as you reflect on a day spent shopping or at the beach. Or, if you want to spend the afternoon lounging in the shade, playing cornhole or board games (provided), and cooking on the propane grill, this is the home for you!
And, if you need to send a few pesky emails, this home includes a dedicated office space with blazing fast WiFi (500 Mbps).
It is just a quick walk or cruise over to Park Circle restaurants and bars like Jackrabbit Filly, Basil Thai, Tattooed Moose, DIG in the Park, Commonhouse Aleworks, Stems and Skins Wine Bar, EVO Pizzeria, and many more! Holy City Brewing and Firefly Distillery are also each less than a mile away. This central location is convenient to Charleston’s many attractions, beaches, historic landmarks, and Coliseum events. Since then, the Park Circle neighborhood has developed into an eclectic, diverse, and exciting area full of restaurants, parks, and bars within walking distance. For those who check-in early for a long weekend, please visit the Farmers Market held every Thursday. Or, if you're looking to retreat, take a soothing class from Barefoot Yoga followed by a glass of Pinot at the James Beard nominated Stems and Skins.
And if you've come to experience the beautiful Atlantic waves lapping at your toes, take a growler to go from Holy City Brewing to Isle of Palms or Sullivan's Island (just 15 minutes away).

- Pack n Plays or highchairs must be requested prior to arrival.
- Pets are allowed at this home with manager's approval at a rate of $150 per stay (2 pet max). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions.
- In accordance with the laws of the City of North Charleston, we are not permitted to host events such as weddings, parties, or similar gatherings.
- If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours.
- Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.
- Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Interaction with Guests:
Portoro offers self-check-in. As your hosts, Portoro will be available to answer any questions you may have about the home or the surrounding area. Guests will have access via an electronic smart lock and the access code will be provided prior to your arrival.
