Location is excellent. Close to everything. Condo was clean and in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable as well. Had a wonderful month in Bucerias.

Beautiful Roof Top Pool! This is a very clean, new unit. The roof top common area is beautiful and has a very nicely equipped gym.

2 couples - 1 week stay

Wish we could have stayed longer! Condo was beautiful and clean and rooftop pool was stunning. Lots of construction going on in this area of Bucerias, as well as one floor still being completed in this building, but it didn’t take away from our visit. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful and even brought us some wonderful homemade bread from down the street! We hope to be back soon!

Vacation stay with a great rooftop pool!

Having been to Bucerias several times, we are somewhat familiar with restaurants, shops and things to do. With the condominium having a gym, outdoor pool, and rooftop BBQ, there was almost no reason to leave some days! Staying at this location, the staff working at the property are very nice and do their best to be friendly and are always willing to help out where they can (holding a door open or calling a Taxi). Location of the condo is great as it is also very close to the beach. Overall, staying in this location will provide all the necessities for a great vacation (pool, gym, good location). Since this is a fairly new unit being rented, there were some basic items that might help travellers feel more comfortable (clocks and lamps in bedrooms) or even a general guidebook of rules or quick tips of the building as it can be a lot of information to pack in after a long day of travel. Another suggestion would be a guidebook to the area of Bucerias and suggestions of restaurants might come in handy. Overall, small details that will come with more rentals. Great stay and will look to book again if in the area!
