This fully renovated and equipped chalet offers a secluded private lake (water tested A/excellent)with a canoe on 2 acres of land. You'll surely be visited by deer, fox, turtles and a slew of other wildlife. Access to federated skidoo and ATV trails directly from the chalet, with several golf courses in the vicinity, the closest being the renowned Carling Lake, and less than 30 mins from some of the Laurentians most popular ski resorts. The main city closest to the chalet is Lachute, about 20 mins away boasts some terrific restaurants, great shopping and bars with live music. We chose Lake Louisa because we have our own cottage. We love the community and the people. It is a truly wonderful place.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because it sits on your own private spring fed lake and has no immediate neighbours. Fauna is very present here, with deer, foxes and other wildlife frequenting to property. Although it is private and secluded, it is close to everything.
