You can even bring your fur baby as we are pet friendly!

The Space:
The home is certainly an entertainer: with Piano, trampoline and basketball hoop!

Expanding out over two spacious levels with downstairs featuring open plan living with a dining area that opens up to the outside patio via large French doors, over looking the pool.

Great size kitchen equipped with modern appliances including oven, stovetop, microwave, large fridge/freezer, Spann dishwasher and coffee machine.

Located upstairs is another kitchen with all amenities needed including a mini fridge. Also in this space is the couch/sofa bed that folds out into a double and a separate dining area.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub!

All linen/towels for bedding and bath included. Please bring pool towels.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Bunk with Double bed + single

Common area: Has a day bed that can be turned into a double bed.

Fully fenced flat landscaped yard, great for the kids.

Covered hardwood deck area with BBQ & utensils.

Full size laundry with washing machine and dryer available.

We have a trampoline for guest use. We recommend ages 2 - 12 for use only.

The Neighborhood:
This beautiful part of the Sunshine coast has beach, bush and mountains, all within walking distance. The bike/walking track which is shaded most of the way runs from Marcoola to Coolum and with a bit of road travel, you can cycle all the way to Noosa. The local markets are famous for the fresh and interesting food they offer.

This home is situated in a neighbourhood close to houses.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car but you can travel the length of the coast by local transport, there is plenty available. There are also amazing bike and walking paths.

Please keep quiet after 10pm and no loud music in consideration for our neighbours.

Whilst we love you to bring your fur babies, we also please ask to keep all pets off bedding and furniture.
